All jewellery purchases are final upon confirmation of purchase.

As jewellery items are reserved for the Customer, the following applies:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation of purchase.
  
  

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
  
  

• All Jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

By accepting the invoice and/or making payment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
