Shipping Policy
1) Customer has to provide the correct details of the recipient's name with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
2) Customers are expected to cooperate with the courier agent to ensure smooth and safe delivery.
3) At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any local Signed Photo ID of Singapore to collect the product, if requested by the courier agent:
4) Customers must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through email with the proof.
5) Unboxing of the shipment must be recorded by the customer.
6) Our logistics Partner will make total 3 attempts to deliver the product in case the recipient is not available at the address during his visit.
7) Customer can change the delivery address by contacting our support team before the ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, the option to change the delivery address will not be available.
9) Shipping and custom duty will be added - Please check at the time of checkout
10) No refund will be initiated if customer rejects to accept shipment at the time of delivery.
11) No return or cancellation is allowed after the product is shipped.
