2. Do you deliver the products in India if I order from UAE?
- Yes, we do.
3. How many days do you need to deliver the products in India?
- The ordered products will be delivered within India by the date indicated in the website
4. Do you deliver the products to UAE?
- Yes, we do.
5. How many days do you need to deliver the products in UAE?
- We need additional 8 days (over and above the duration shown in the website) to deliver the products in UAE.
6. How can I place the order to be delivered to UAE?
- Please select the products you would like to order on Website and contact Bhima Helpline number 1800-121-9076. Then share the details with Bhima Helpline and the team will assist you appropriately with further procedures. You will get clear idea on the amount you need to pay (after considering the relevant discount). Then Bhima Helpline team will send you a payment link if you agree to place the order.
7. Is the Product price same as what we get to see in the Bhimagold website?
- The product price will remain the same if product has to be delivered in India. However, additional shipping charges will be applicable if products are to be delivered to UAE. Bhima helpline team will provide details of shipping charges.
8. How can I make the payment?
- You need to make the payment using the link shared by Bhima helpline team. You can make the payment vide Net banking or Credit / Debit card.
9. In which currency do I need to make the payment?
- You can make the payment in one of the following currencies: AED / USD / INR.
10. Will there be any other additional charges I need to pay while taking the delivery of the products at UAE?
- No. Whatever payment you make by accessing the link sent by Bhima helpline team will be final.
11. Can I cancel the order after making the payment?
- No. As a business policy, we do not accept cancellation after the order is confirmed.
12. Can I return the product if it does not meet my expectations?
- No. Currently we do not accept return / exchange of any product shipped to UAE.
13. Can I purchase Gift cards from UAE?
- Gift card purchase can be done only in the Indian market.
