General Terms & Conditions:

1) The delivery timelines depends on the type of product. Most of the products will be readily available and it normally takes about minimum 5 working days or maximum 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other festival holidays) for delivering them in a safe condition at select serviceable pincodes.

2) Customer can cancel the order by logging into their account before the ordered product is invoiced. The order amount will be either refunded or added to the Wallet (after deductions, if any) once the order cancel request is accepted by Bhima. Cancellation is not possible once the product is invoiced. However, interest claim on the advance amount will not be considered under any circumstances.

User Obligations
