Refund and Return Policy

1) This refund policy is applicable only if the “Return request” is raised within 5 days (Including order delivery day ) from the date of receipt of the products by sending an email to support@bhimagold.com with order details.

2) This facility is available for products received on “bhimagold.com” portal only.

3)The returned packaged products should be handed over to the personnel of the authorized logistics partner of Bhima Gold Private Limited ONLY. It is also advised to collect the consignment airway bill details for future reference

4) Customers must video record the entire process of packaging the Return item and handing it over to the Courier person, for future reference in case of any dispute). Bhima Gold Private Limited reserves the right to NOT accept such products which are returned without following the above instructions. Further, Bhima Gold Private Limited will not accept damaged / tampered packages.

5) This refund policy is not applicable for Customized Ornaments / Nose pins / Gemstones / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Coin / Silver Bar / Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards.

6) Returns are not applicable on Silver articles, jewellery, coins & bars. Even if the customer reject to accept these products, shipping charges will not be refunded

7) The refund is subject to quality & weight confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team. The amount will be refunded to the customer by 10 working days after receiving the product without any damage back with us.

8) To raise a request for return or refund of missing item or accessory within the shipment, customer is requested to share proof of unboxing video.

9) During the Sales return transaction, the amount paid through Gift Card will be credited to your wallet and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

10)In case of product return the fees of 2.5% will be levied and balance 97.5% will be refunded back to the source account and there will be no deduction if the refund is initiated to the wallet.

11)In case of order cancellation from Bhima due to inventory unavailability full refund will be initiated to wallet within 1 working day.
